About the Journal

Periodica Polytechnica Civil Engineering and the National Technical Information Centre and Library of BME support the abstract and paper management of the ICITG 2026 Conference.

Authors are invited to submit an abstract (and minipaper) in English for oral or poster presentation. The abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts of the Conference while the minipapers will be published in the Proceedings of the 6th ICITG Conference. The minipapers will be archived and identified by DOI numbers. This item needs copyright declaration after acceptance. Abstract  submission is mandatory item while the minipaper is optional one. Both items are reviewed. The acceptance is based on the review of the abstract however the formatting rules effect the acceptance of both items!

 

Abstract is max. 500 words count plain text (it is used for mobile phone proceeding). A template is provided at the conference website (https://icitg6.com/). - icitg_6_AbstractTemplateDocx.docx-

Accepted abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts of 6th ICITG Conference.

It is advised to submit a minipaper, too. It should be prepared in the form of papers with at least 4 pages ( max 6 pages). The minipaper should be created by using Word’s DOC or LaTeX templates available at conference website (https://icitg6.com/)-. The Template file name is icitg_6_minipaper_template.docx. Accepted mini papers (having 4 to 6 pages) will be included in the Proceeding of the Conference  with an ISBN number.

Full paper submissions for the special issue of the  conference  will be subjected to a double-blind review process. All accepted, revised, registered, and presented papers will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from Cross Ref and published in the conference proceedings with ISBN Number online at: https://journals.bme.hu/

It is extremely important for all authors to follow the guidelines in the template file to avoid delay in publishing the proceedings.
Therefore, please use the provided templates for  MS Word template and follow the instructions given there.
