SNI and BTMN students at the dual training place – field experiences
Abstract
The study presents the experiences of the cooperation between Knorr-Bremse Rail Vehicle Systems Hungary Ltd. and the Budapest Mechanical Engineering Vocational Training Centre. It starts with changes in the vocational training system, the introduction of the dual training place, and then the training of students with special needs. The focus of the study is – as the title suggests – on the situation of students with special educational needs and those with integration, learning, behavioural difficulties. It also covers the experience of the period of the coronavirus epidemic, which has affected us all, and further opportunities for cooperation between VET institutions and the dual partners.
