"Evidence Inventory" – How to collect data for organizational selfassessment?

Abstract

The present summary introduces a newly developed method based on the author's own professional experience,
aiming to simplify and make more transparent the data collection processes related to organizational selfassessment in libraries. The approach presented may facilitate a more conscious and effective implementation
of library strategy and, at the same time, by systematically documenting the key milestones of the process leading toward strategic objectives, enables the creation of a coherent and reliable "evidence inventory" from the information generated.
