A smart library újraértelmezése: technológiai integráció, térszervezés és felhasználói élmény a Shanghai Library East modelljében

Absztrakt

A tanulmány a Shanghai Library East működését a smart library és a Library 4.0 koncepciójának elméleti keretében vizsgálja, különös figyelemmel a technológiai infrastruktúra, a térszervezés, a felhasználóközpontú szolgáltatások és a kínai kultúrpolitikai környezet kapcsolatára. A kutatás kvalitatív, egyetlen esetre épülő esettanulmányi megközelítést alkalmaz, amelynek alapját intézményi és szakirodalmi források szisztematikus elemzése, valamint tematikus szintézise képezi.

Az eredmények arra mutatnak rá, hogy az intézmény intelligenciája nem az egyes technológiák önálló jelenlétéből, hanem azok rendszerszintű integrációjából fakad. Az automatizált állománykezelés, az RFID-infrastruktúra, a FOLIO alapú könyvtári szolgáltatási környezet, a digitális információkeresés, a beltéri navigáció, valamint az önkiszolgáló és robotizált szolgáltatások a rugalmas fizikai terekkel és a felhasználói élménnyel összekapcsolódva alkotnak integrált szolgáltatási környezetet. A kutatás alapján a megakönyvtári léptékű technológiai adaptáció a térbeli funkcionalitás átalakulásával is együtt jár, amelyet az építészeti koncepcióban megjelenő „from collection to connection” szemlélet fejez ki.

A tanulmány a projektet Kína digitális és kulturális infrastruktúra-fejlesztési környezetében is értelmezi. A soft power szempontja ugyanakkor nem közvetlenül bizonyított intézményi célként, hanem a Shanghai Library East lehetséges nemzetközi kulturális és technológiai reprezentációjának értelmezési kereteként jelenik meg. A kutatás emellett kritikai szempontként tárgyalja a digitális inklúzió, az adatvédelem és az automatizáció humán következményeinek kérdését. Az eset alapján nem vonható le egy univerzális „Shanghai Library-modell” megfogalmazása, ugyanakkor releváns példát kínál a smart library technológiai, térbeli, szolgáltatási és humán dimenzióinak rendszerszintű vizsgálatához.
