Abstract

The aim of the publication is to examine the application of learning units and micro-content in the banking sector, with particular emphasis on informing customers. The research focused on the role and effectiveness of micro-content, which are short, easily digestible units of information that play a key role in modern education and communication. The publication pays special attention to the historical development of micro-content, the shift in educational perspectives resulting from digitalization, and illustrates the communication of the MNB and Hungarian commercial banks towards customers through educational examples.
