Abstract

The paper was prepared based on a paper prepared for the Academic Student Conference (TDK) of the Faculty of Economics of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME GTK) in the fall of 2022. From 1986 to the present, the author critically analyzed the vocational training structure of the „József Laping Technikum and Vocational Training School” in the city of Kaposvár.

Olman Vivien a Budapesti Műszaki és Gazdaságtudományi Egyetem Gazdaság- és Társadalomtudományi Karának szakoktató szakos hallgatója. A szakképzésben több éves tapasztalata van mindt technikai dolgozó és mint óraadó oktató. Mindig is érdekelték a szakképzési struktúra változásai, kutatása során ez adta a fő irányvonalat. Dolgozata elnyerte a BME Tudományos Diákköri Konferenciáján az Opus et Educatio folyóirat publikációs különdíját.
