Abstract

Organizational trust is a basic pillar in an unpredictable business environment.

Recent years’ social and economic events have had a major impact on workplace dynamics and relationships. This is why the dimension of stability is appreciated; trust, psychological security and resilience being key factors. Trust is a hidden and opportunity factor in the organization, we should develop it and build consciousness which can be a key factor in today's unpredictable business environment. The ability to build, stabilize, maintain and rebuild organizational trust is one of the most important leadership competencies in today's global economy, helping organizations to become more resilient to external influences and to maintain their internal balance.

In this paper, I would like to highlight the importance of trust not staying hidden in organizations, but getting light in a way that can help organizations to deal more effectively with the challenges of an uncertain and unpredictable business environment. We should build on trust as a stable and valuable element.
