Problems in organizing exchange of working experiences
Abstract
Exchange of working experiences within the limitations of engineering information services constitutes one section of the technical propaganda activity and, being its most complex ramification, makes use of combined audio-visual, oral, and written propaganda means. The predominant feature of exchange of working experiences is represented by its illustrating the engineering results e.g. novel facilities, process cycles, and organizational accomplishments dynamically in operation.
The purpose of exchange of working experiences is to widespread new operational practices proven efficient, and promote their introduction. In order to realize this task, surrender and acceptance of experiences must be organized comparable to other methods of engineering information. Several government and non-profit agencies are engaged in exchange of operational experiences in Hungary, with no coordinated system operating under central supervisory direction, however, having been developed, so far.
Examples to illustrate hitherto organizational expedients, and recommandations how to develop methodical system build-up of exchange of working experiences as well as concerning preparatory work required for this purpose.
