Experiences of an investigation: Effectiveness of processing current foreign journals

Abstract

A study of the effectiveness of a manual information processing system in an industrial library is presented. The processing of current foreign journals and theit assignment to R & D staff members are performed with the help of specialists within the enterprise. The results of the processing indicate excellent precision and satisfactory relevance.
