Online service experiences in the Miskolc University Library

Abstract

In the Miskolc University Library online search services started in 1985. Their purposes have been twofold: to support university education and research, and to assist industrial research and development in the North-East industry region of Hungary. In 1989 a comprehensive literature service was introduced which is based on online searching and the user receives full documents from the service.
