What measures does the nearly 200-year old Library of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (HAS) take in order to keep up with the rapidly changing world and to adapt to its immediate and wider environment? To what type of organisational transformation do social and technological changes lead, and how can changes beimplemented without losing traditional values during continuous renewal.
