Some challenges facing special libraries

Abstract

It is a new challenge for special libraries to support Research 2.0. Although this paradigm is named in a variety of ways, it is strongly related to the data-intensive forms of research and is already present in the scientific practice of several countries. In Hungary, it is just appearing on the horizon, but will, sooner or later, bring direct tasks for academic and special libraries.
