Performance evaluation system in BME OMIKK

Abstract

The National Technical Information Centre and Library of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME OMIKK) was awarded in January 2016 the "Certified Library” title. The preparatory works of quality assurance included the elaboration of an evaluation system for staff members’ performance. The resulting performance evaluation system – in existence for three years now – has obviously contributed to the better standard of work in the library of BME OMIKK.
