Abstract

Plagiarism – i.e. the use of an original work without indicating its author’s name and his quality as author – may infringe the author’s personal and property rights. In other words, the plagiarist, by appropriating someone else’s work as his own, excludes the author of the original work from being entitled for copyright and from recognition as author.
