What does it mean to be RDA compliant?

Abstract

This question has been addressed several times to the members of the RDA-HU working group, responsible for localizing RDA in Hungary. The working group came up always with an answer in line with its vision to this question. A recent working paper by RDA developers on this topic, to be published within the RDA Toolkit, provides an „official” description of RDA conformance criteria, and is at the same time in harmony with the views of the working group.
