Abstract
Assuming a selective information system at an industrial enterprise, the five-part series presents mathematical methods as a possible means of bringjng the system to perfection. The second part, published in this issue, presents a method for forming user groups. The method is based on the, theory of automatic classification and it facifitates a reasonable and economical reduction in the number of services.
