Alternatives of developing electronic learning environments
Abstract
Technology is increasingly becoming an essential part of education, therefore the development of e-learning environments is going to be of strategic importance for learning and teaching in the 21st century. In Hungary we often find that ICT tools are available, but they are often underutilized, the reason being either the lack of methodological culture or uncertainty towards either methods and technology. The article presents some existing tools and implemented ICT projects which may be an incentive for teachers to use existing assets more efficiently.
