Possibilities and difficulties of adult education in the base of a research
Abstract
Participation in adult education is essential for adapting to today's labor market demands. The free training courses are primarily in demand and are chosen by the participants because of the tasks at work and the valuable knowledge needed for everyday life. During the training, the biggest difficulties are sacrificing free time and the tight time limit for adapting to the workplace and family. Instructors and training centers assist in bridging problems and provide digital teaching materials. Most of the training ends successfully, positively influencing the participant's further life in the professional knowledge transfer from several aspects. With the help of my questionnaire research, I analyzed the motivations, difficulties, and experiences of the participants in adult education. The target group of my research consisted mainly of adults currently taking part in training.
