I live in Sümeg with my family. I work at the Balatonfüred Fekete István Unified Special Education Methodological Institute.
My job is the integrated education and training of students with special educational needs. In addition, I am the leader of an inter-institutional professional working community that brings together all types of maintainers (state, church, local government foundations) institutions providing integrated care for SNI children and students participating in training (from kindergarten to vocational training).

Abstract
The inter-institutional working community ensures continuity between public education and vocational training institutions. Its aim is to provide innovative methodological support to special education teachers who assist in co-education within the framework of a uniform professional procedure. This improves the labour market and social integration chances of vocational training participants.
