Comparative Analysis of Central and Eastern European Career Guidance Protocols - Conference Report

Abstract

This report summarizes the international conference held in February 2026 within the framework of the CEEGAF Erasmus+ project, which focused on the comparative analysis of the career guidance protocols of four Central and Eastern European countries (Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania) against Finnish standards. The presented qualitative research highlighted the differences between the examined frameworks, emphasizing their strengths and potential areas for improvement. The event supported the regional professional networking, knowledge sharing, and the development of quality assurance in career counseling.
